I am very impressed with Arrow Exteriors, John Eastman spent plenty of time with me making sure I was aware of all of my options on materials and his communication with me throughout the entire process was above and beyond.  I was kept up to date on timelines and everyone showed up when I was told they would be. The day of my roof tear off/replacement Tony came to my door, introduced himself and we did a walk around so we all were on the same page.  He assured me everything would be done correct as they do not cut any corners.  His crew was very polite and worked together very well.  Tarps were laid down to protect my plants and anything that needed to be moved out of the way they handled.  Two days later my gutters were installed and the crew did an amazing job. Can't say enough on how professional John was and all the roofers. John explained everything that was to be done and the cost of everything.  No hidden costs when done. They came on the day projected to do the roof. Eaves were all put on in specified times. I and Barb were very satisfied with the explanations and work done.
